Welcome to Saguaro Wellbeing!

A saguaro cactus stands boldly as a green pillar on the desert horizon. Those who stand in awe of its natural beauty are reminded of what it means to stand tall when all around them is dry, desert land.

The saguaro is a figure of resilience in the conditions of a harsh desert. Saguaros serve as a symbol of inner strength and the ability to thrive in the face of distress or hardship.

Saguaro Wellbeing, LLC serves a purpose to provide help and healing for those who find themselves in distress or hardship. Life can often feel like a dry desert land - we strive to help others find an oasis of healing and hope within.

Your story matters, and we're here to listen, support, and guide you towards a brighter tomorrow.

About the Counselor

Carla is an Arizona native whose fondest memories begin on the cotton fields of her hometown in Marana. She is a proud Army soldier’s daughter and U.S. Marine’s wife. Being an Army Brat and Marine’s wife have taken her to some amazing places, but the beauty of the Arizona desert and the smell of its rain will always be home.

Carla enjoys time with her husband and daughter in the gorgeous Cochise County desert. She is a devoted lover of coffee, enjoys junk journaling, and will always be found smelling desert rain. If it was up to her, she would have many, many pets.

Carla is a Master of Arts in Christian Counseling graduate of Gateway Seminary. In the Spring of 2021, God called her to counseling, and that Fall she enrolled to begin her journey to become a counselor. She is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and continues her knowledge in counseling through their classes and webinars.
